Haha, it's hard to tell, although I think that first track sounds better on 33.
Looking at his other work suggests it must be a 45 though and it says he worked at Camden Tunes, Lucky Spin and Blackmarket.

Anyone know of an instrumental of this track?

I've recently moved into the world of Traktor so looking to buy loads of oldskool so if anyone know of other classic labels that have made their tracks available digitally let me know.
Subbase and Moving Shadow I found on Beatport.

You can buy the individual tracks too, which I've just done. Wasn't after the dark jungley stuff.
